reputation if done poorly (and even leave you liable for damages if not
done in accordance with new regulations). Our commitment to each client
is to get the best results we can from their eNewsletter. We want your

About The Set-up Fees
Charged in advance (once only) the set-up fee covers costs
associated with getting your eNewsletter up and running, and includes
things like consultation with one of our marketing experts, initial
template design, HTML construction, FTP uploading of graphics and
on-line version.
Your own separate secure sending system is created with your own
subscribe page and your initial starting database is formatted and
uploaded for you.
You have 2 setup choices:
- Standard Set-up: We work with your existing logo and
marketing material to create a template. You may like your own graphic
designer to put together header and footer graphics (at your cost). We
will work with them and provide specifications to suit.
- Designer Set-up: A professional graphic designer will develop or revise your existing logo and company’s marketing material and run with them
to create unique and visually appealing headers, footers
and accessory graphics. This is for the business who wants their
eNewsletter to really stand out. An attractive eNewsletter adds
that little bit extra to your business.
Set-up cost is the same no matter what frequency you choose.
About The Per Transmission Fees
Charged per transmission - first transmission paid in advance then pay as you go.
Think of eNewsletters as disposable websites. We create a new
eNewsletter for you each issue. Yes, it will be based on your initial
template for marketing consistency but this gives us the opportunity to
alter every issue should it need it. The more frequent your eNewsletter
the lower the cost, as more frequent communication is usually shorter
plus we become more familiar with your eNewsletter which reduces the
creation time.
For new issues, we add your text or article, format your photos (up
to 10), source appropriate graphics (up to 3). Please note that we do not offer copy writing services for eNewsletters at this time. It is the responsibility of the client to submit content to our designers by estableshed times and dates.
Any newly acquired databases will be uploaded each month, tracked and reported on. Automatically you receive bounce and
tracking summaries plus a reminder arrives to remind you your content
is due.

*Monthly hosting rates are quoted directly from iContact. Quoted rates include 6 broadcasts (transmissions) per month. You may elect to work directly with iContact in setting up your own account(s) if preferred.
